As reported, by the end of 2023 the total losses of companies and enterprises in Dagestan increased to 11.7 billion RUB. The losses are registered in 50 organizations in the amount of 23.7 billion RUB. 142 enterprises received profit in the amount of 11.8 billion RUB.

As a result - the balanced result - net losses amounted to 11.7 billion RUB. The total share of loss-making organizations is 26%. The largest losses were incurred by enterprises engaged in oil and other fossil fuel extraction, metal goods production and the housing and utilities sector.
