Flutist and soloist of the Russian National Orchestra Maxim Rubtsov held a master class for students of the G. Hasanov Music College and Art schools of Makhachkala. The event was included in the program of the XVII International Music Festival "Port-Petrovsky Assemblies", which is held within the framework of the national project "Culture".

The musician worked with novice flutists and their teachers, helping them to master the most difficult fragments of works. Rubtsov told the teens about the secret of correct breathing - the basic exercise of playing the flute - and helped them to improve their strokes, accents in playing, placement of the head and hand and other technical subtleties of the instrument.  

Today, April 26, Maxim Rubtsov will perform with the Khrzhanovsky Chamber Orchestra conducted by Honored Artist of Russia Zarifa Abdullaeva. The performance will begin at 18:30 in the hall of the Kumyk State Drama and Music Theatre.
