From 2019 to 2023 in Dagestan, the cadastral value of apartments and individual housing construction has increased multiply (almost in 3 times). In 2019, the cadastral value of apartments averaged 18 thousand RUB per square meter, while by 2023 this figure increased to 41 thousand RUB per square meter. A similar trend is observed for residential buildings: the cost has increased from 5 thousand to 8 thousand RUB per square meter. As for commercial objects, the cadastral value amounted to 20 thousand RUB per square meter.
