According to the top-official, it is necessary to start formulating a unified concept for the implementation of pedagogical education in the region, which, in turn, implies improving the quality of tutors’ training, establishing special requirements for employment of qualified pedagogues, and establishing performance indicators for the municipal and state authorities in the sphere.

"Now we have 39 universities in the republic, of them 23 are state and 16 private ones" - the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science quotes the minister Shahov. More than 70 thousand students study there. The large-scale inspections showed that we need to continue work on optimizing the network of higher education institutions and their branches, avoiding duplication of directions and training profiles, as well as stopping the activities of inefficient universities and their branches.
