Makhachkala, May 19, 2014. On May 16, Daghestani Head Ramazan Abdulatipov met with Head of the Federal Education and Science Control Board Sergey Kravtsov who had arrived in Daghestan to participate in the meeting on organizing and holding the Unified State Examination.
Welcoming the guests, Ramazan Abdulatipov noted that preparations for the Unified State Examination in Daghestan was following the schedule and tasks approved when S. Kravtsov visited Daghestan last, stressing that they had done a great job in this area. Daghestani Head also stressed that Daghestani have come to realize the meaning of holding a fair examination.
In turn, Sergey Kravtsov noted that if children see the exam is unfair at their school desks, then it’s no good.
"To date, you personally, Mr. Abdulatipov, and the minister of education as well as your colleagues have carried out extensive work in preparing for the exam. It’s been an absolutely right thing to do to make clear all the data and violations in 2013. Where there are violations, there will be relevant consequences. We perfectly know: the quality of education is dependent on how fair the exam is, and I should say, we have reached certain results. Daghestan has a great potential to develop, and we are ready to cooperate with you,"- S. Kravtsov concluded.
R. Abdulatipov thanked him for the attention and support, reiterating that teachers, parents and children should be aimed at getting a proper education.
