Earlier, at the request of the Republic's Anti-Terrorist Committee, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Dagestan started work on the project "Passengers". The filming was carried out in Dagestan by local film producers, which is a milestone in the development of regional cinema.

The project was created with support of Head of the Republic of Dagestan Sergei Melikov and with the assistance of the "Yastreb-Kaspiy" special response unit.

The project is implemented as part of the state program to combat the ideology of terrorism, so the creative team receives all the necessary support. The “Passengers" highlights the problems of substitution of concepts on the subject of terrorism. The story behind the film is not easy, but its making has become a powerful impulse for the promotion of Dagestani cinema.
