Moscow Region, the Republic of Tatarstan, Leningrad Region, Krasnodar Territory, St. Petersburg, Sverdlovsk Region, the Republic of Dagestan, Novosibirsk, Tyumen Region and Moscow entered top ten Russia’s regions in terms of housing commissioning, the Rosstat reports basing on statistic data for the first two months of 2024.

The best dynamics in relation to the same period of the previous year is shown by the Republic of Dagestan, where, according to Rosstat, the housing delivery rates in the first two months of 2024 increased in 4.5 times.

Compared to the first two months of 2023 (131 thousand square metres of housing commissioned), in January and February of 2024 Dagestan commissioned 731 thousand square metres of housing.
