According to the Fisheries Committee of the Republic of Dagestan, a trout farming investment project worth 230 million RUB will be implemented by TK-Caspian LLC. The facility is located in the village of Urada in Shamilski municipal district.

To date, the main utility lines have been designed and laid, a water intake and sump have been constructed and the trout breeding ponds prepared. The project also envisages the construction of tourist facilities. Commissioning is planned for July 2028.

The TK-Caspian LLC, is registered in the municipal district and is engaged in fish farming. The company's net profit for 2022 made RUB 1.2 million.
