As part of creation of the wool cluster in Dagestan, Magomed Isuev, the director of Dagestan Industrial Development Fund, visited two leading enterprises - Kavkazskaya Wool LLC and Mayak-1 SPOK located in the village of Novy Kostek (Khasavyurtovsky municipal district).

The specialists of the Regional Industrial Development Fund advised the companies to join the cluster and informed them about the benefits of participation and state financial support. With three joint projects being implemented at the Novy Kostek site, the two companies are the main participants in the Wool Processing Cluster. Wool processing in both enterprises reaches 200 tons per year.
