An officer of the regional Emergency Situations Ministry Eldar Zaipullaev rescued a baby seal, which became entangled in a fishing net. It happened on the Caspian Sea shore near Makhachkala. The baby seal was spotted by a rescuer of Dagestan search and rescue team of the Emergencies Ministry. The animal was entangled in a fishing net and could not free itself. The man cut the shackles and released the baby seal into the sea.
