Russian Children's Ombudsman arrives in Dagestan

Maria Lvova-Belova, Children's Ombudsman of the Russian Federation, has arrived in Dagestan on a working visit. As part of her visit Lvova-Belova will visit the Republican Education Center in Kaspiysk, the "Life without Tears" regional non-government organization for disabled people, Makhachkala boarding school for orphans and children left without parental care, large families and meet with the Head of Dagestan Sergei Melikov.
