Makhachkala, April 15, 2016. Being on a working visit to Dagestan, the representatives of the Iranian big investment company "Hamrahian" have been surveying the investment climate in the republic since April 11.
As informed, on April 12, the Iranian delegation met with Dagestani Prime Minister Abdusamad Gamidov, the Speaker of Dagestan National Assembly Khizri Shikhsaidov, the Mayor of Makhachkala Musa Musayev and the republican Minister for industry and trade Yussup Umavov. Besides, on the same day, the Ministry for Industry and Trade hosted an official presentation of the project of commercial and logistics complex “Agesta”.
The Iranians accompanied by Dagestani top officials visited several investment platforms; the construction site of the trade and logistics center "Agesta", the manufacturing shops of the Caspian float glass OJSC and the ceramic tile manufacturing plant “Marabi” LLC (the investment site "Tubeh").
On April 13, the guests went to Babayurt district to visit the construction site of the farm slaughter plant and the cattle-breeding complex of Kizlyaragrokompleks OJSC and Kizlyar meat-packing plant LLC in the neighboring district. On Thursday, April 14, Dagestani ministry of agriculture and food held a meeting with Dagestani agricultural producers.
On the same day, Iranian businessmen met with Dagestani Head Ramazan Abdulatipov and the delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation headed by the deputy Minister Sergei Levin. The parties also visited Makhachkala Commercial Seaport.
On April, 15, The guests visited Derbent and the citadel "Naryn-Kala", where they met with the mayor of the ancient town Malik Bagliev.
