Daghestan is awarded with Grand Prix of the "Golden Autumn - 2014" exhibition

Moscow, October 10, 2014. The 16th Russian agricultural exhibition "Golden Autumn - 2014" is taking place these days in the All-Russia Exhibition Center in Moscow. As it had been reported before Daghestan delegation presented exhibit spaces occupying 98 m2 decorated in national Daghestani colours.

The heads of the federal ministry of agriculture, the regional ministers, the members and visitors of the exhibition as well as the president of the International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage Dr. Said Nirizi visited Daghestan exposition. The Republic of Daghestan signed a series of cooperation agreements, including with Moscow. The agreement has become a significant achievement, taking into account the vast capacity of Moscow market - one of the largest in Russia.

Many Daghestani agricultural enterprises won gold and silver medals of the exhibition, including Boztorgai farm (Nogai region), Makhachkala peasant farm enterprise "Azamat", "Darada-Murada" OJSC Gergebilskiy district, "Evrokond" LLC, Izberbash-city, "Dido" peasant farm enterprise of Tsuntinskiy district. Dagestan State Institute of National Economy also obtained two medals. Makhachkala peasant farm enterprise "Azamat" has been recognized as the best agricultural enterprise in the region.

The awarding ceremony of the Grand Prix of the 16th Russian agricultural exhibition “Golden Autumn – 2014” has become a culmination for Daghestan representatives ". The deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Petrikov handed over certificate to Daghestan Deputy Prime Minister Sharip Sharipov.
