In Dagestan, the internally displaced persons and refugees from Palestine receive qualifications and job. According to Arifa Satabayeva, director of the regional Training and Production Center, since the beginning of 2024, the institution has trained and improved qualifications of 144 individuals.
The TPC provides training in the most sought-after professions in the service sector, such as "Coiffeur", "Hairdresser", "Universal hairdresser", "Manicurist", "Pedicurist", "Shaper", "Tailor", "Make-up artist", "Nail extension and design" and "Wedding and evening hairstyle".
"Two Palestinian citizens were trained free of charge in the professions of "manicurist" and "make-up artist". To date, one of them has been hired as a master" - Satabayeva says.
