Dagestani Student Wins Top Prize at “Justice 2.0” Interregional IT Competition

A first-year student from Dagestan State Technical University Linda Deliyeva has claimed first place at the prestigious All-Russian IT competition "Justice 2.0". Her project "LexData"—a desktop application for searching and analyzing Russian court case information—was praised by the jury for its technical sophistication and high potential for practical implementation in the judicial system.

This marks the third consecutive year the competition has been held at the "IT-Cube. Vorotynets" Center for Digital Education. The event, organized by the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court, the Vorotynets Interdistrict Court and the "IT-Cube" center, expands its reach, reflecting the growing demand for digital solutions to advance electronic justice in Russia.

The 2025 final brought together 13 teams from across the country, including participants from Amur Oblast, the Komi Republic, Sakha (Yakutia), Tula Oblast and the Republic of Dagestan. Finalists presented a wide range of innovative projects.

Linda Deliyeva's victory highlights the rising prominence of young IT talent from the Republic of Dagestan on the nationwide stage.
