MAKHACHKALA, September 28 – RIA "Dagestan". Concrete workers topped the list of highest-paid professions in Dagestan between January and August 2026, earning an average of RUB 105,000 per month, which marks a 52 percent increase from the same period last year, according to Avito Jobs.

Drill operators claimed the second position with average monthly salary offers reaching RUB 100,000, driven by a 33 percent year-over-year wage growth for these precision machining specialists.

The top three rankings are rounded out by painters, who achieved the same RUB 100,000 average monthly salary as drill operators, representing a 25 percent surge in compensation compared to the first eight months of 2025.
