MAKHACHKALA, March 6 – RIA "Dagestan". In 2026, the Republic of Dagestan will continue implementing a comprehensive package of support measures for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to stimulate business growth and job creation. Entrepreneurs will have access to preferential financing tools including microloans, leasing, guarantees and targeted subsidies.
A key instrument is the microloan program offered by the Microfinance Center "Daglizingfond" providing amounts from RUB 100,000 to 5 million at interest rates of 6.2–15.5% per annum for terms up to three years. Additionally, businesses can lease equipment, specialized machinery, and vehicles for up to seven years with a minimum 10% down payment and a maximum annual cost increase of 6%.
The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Dagestan will enhance loan accessibility for small and medium-sized enterprises by providing surety coverage of up to 70% of loan amounts, with a maximum guarantee of RUB 25 million rubles, for a nominal fee of 0.5%. In 2026, subsidy allocations will exceed RUB 44 million rubles across multiple support categories.
Beyond financial instruments, SMEs will benefit from non-financial support services. The "My Business" center will offer free consultations, business training and expert guidance to help entrepreneurs develop their ventures. For companies seeking international opportunities, the Export Support Center will provide assistance with market entry, export documentation, and participation in foreign trade missions. Together, these measures form an integrated ecosystem designed to strengthen Dagestan's entrepreneurial sector and enhance its economic resilience.
