Kislovodsk, October 14, 2014. The "Boyets" sports club (Izberbash) won the Russian club championships in full-contact hand-to-hand fight which was taking place in Kislovodsk 11-12 October, President of Daghestan Pankration Federation Imanali Hanipaev said in an interview with RIA "Dagestan". The tournament brought together over 200 athletes from all over Russia.
The "Boyets" athletes headed by coach Atai Atayev made 12 podium appearances: 8 golds, 2 silvers, and 2 bronzes, thus winning the club championships. The "Zvezda" sports club (Rostov-on-Don) placed second, and the "Pyatigorets" club (Pyatigorsk) finished third.
