Makhachkala, November 28, 2017. The specialists of the Ministry of Tourism and Folk Art Crafts of the Republic of Dagestan together with the republican branch of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia and the administration of Untsukulsky district started preparatory work on equipping the tourist route in the gorge of seven waterfalls, the municipality press service informs.

Via ferrata – is a rocky site equipped with metal structures. It will be equipped with a safety line and fixed on the rock with steel staples, which will represent a kind of staircase. The climbers have already made measurements for the installation of anchors.

The tour route may be of interest for the extreme climbers and professional alpinists. The metal structures will allow safe and quick overcoming the natural obstacles. The ferrate site in the gorge of seven waterfalls will have been equipped by the start of the next tourist season in 2018.
