State Duma Deputies visit monument to Dagestanis in Sevsk

Makhachkala, September 1, 2015. On the anniversary of liberation of the city of Sevsk in Bryansk region, the State Duma deputies visited the memorial wall "White Cranes", where a monument to Dagestanis, died in 1943 during the liberation of Sevsk was placed, the Plenipotentiary Representative of Dagestan in Bryansk region Alim Sultanov said.

The ceremony also brought together the delegation of representatives of Omsk and Tambov regions and the Altai Republic.
All speakers told about the heroism and courage of Soviet soldiers, participated in the liberation of Bryansk from enemies. There were many Dagestanis among them.

Let us remind, the monument to Dagestanis who died defending the city of Sevsk during the Great Patriotic War, was opened in close vicinity to the memorial wall "White Cranes" on August 27, 2014 within the celebratory events dedicated to the 865 anniversary of Sevsk.
