More than 30 million RUB will be allocated from the Reserve Fund of the Russian Government for the payment of lump-sum financial incentives to Mothers Heroine and parents awarded the Order of Parental Glory.

The decree was signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. The decision was taken in connection with the increase in the number of recipients of such payments.

According to the decree of the President of the Russian Federation issued in 2022 the "Mother Heroine" title is awarded to women who gave birth to and raised 10 or more children. This title is related to the highest state titles, such as Hero of the Russian Federation and Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation. The Order of Parental Glory is awarded to parents who have raised seven or more children.
