Makhachkala, December 11, 2018. The Resource Center for Disabled People has been put into operation in the Republic ща Dagestan within the framework of the “MFC Care” social project, the press service of the regional multifunctional center reports.

Recall, at the interdepartmental meeting with participation of representatives of the main Bureau of the Medical and Social Expertise and the Republican MFC, it was decided to implement a pilot project developed by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to create a resource center.

“The project implies creation of a workplace for servicing people with disabilities, taking into account the requirements of the program “Accessible environment”. The first office opened in the municipal polyclinic of the city of Kaspiysk” - the source said.
The main function of the center is to provide public services to the citizens with 1, 2 and 3 disability groups. Depending on the severity of health restrictions, the delivery of documents to the house is carried out. The center provides services for the Pension Fund, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Republic, the Social Insurance Fund and the Ministry of Education and Science of Dagestan.

According to the source, during the implementation of the project 307 applications have already been handled and 177 services rendered. It should be noted that the center operates in the “single window” mode - the services are provided comprehensively within the framework of the life situation “Assistance to the Disabled”.
