The students of Altair Talent Development Centre have taken part in the IX International Caucasus Mathematical Olympiad in the city of Maikop. The delegation included students who scored 40 points or more at the regional level of the All-Russian School Olympiad.

Young participants from 15 countries competed in solving complex mathematical tasks.

Based on results of the Olympiad, Nizam Gadzhiev, a 10th grade student of the Republican Physics and Mathematics Boarding Lyceum, was awarded a 2nd place diploma. The remaining participants received certificates of commendation for their participation in the international event.
