Last year, the Republic of Dagestan took the first place among the regions of the Russian Federation in terms of life expectancy - 79.9 years. The decrease in mortality and the increase in life expectancy are due not only to treatment and diagnostic measures, but also to the healthy lifestyle, the way of life, traditions and customs of the peoples of Dagestan, which exclude the use of alcohol and smoking.
