Makhachkala, September 20, 2019. On September 19, the National Library of Dagestan located in the city of Makhachkala hosted the opening ceremony of the Inter-regional Ethnoforum "Youth Culture". The event is dedicated to the International Year of Indigenous Languages and is organized by the Republican House of Folk Arts with the direct support of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Ministry of Culture of Dagestan as part of the National Project "Culture". The project is attended by creative delegations from the regions of the North Caucasian Federal District.
