Within the framework of the agreement on international road communication between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in March 2024, 16 trucks with tangerines from Pakistan will pass through the Yarag-Kazmalyar road checkpoint, which is part of the North-South international transport corridor. The first trucks have already crossed the border with the Russian Federation.

Close cooperation with Pakistan in the development of international transport corridors allows to develop economic relations between the two countries, reducing the time and cost of cargo delivery, and lowering logistics costs for the carriers. Russia is deepening interaction with the neighboring countries and seeks to expand ties with partner states.
