Makhachkala, November 17, 2019. According to the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, by 2022 the share of private organizations providing heating services will have been increased by up to 96% in the Republic of Dagestan.

As to the head of the Legal Department of the FAS Russia, Artyom Molchanov, these plans have been spelled out in the updated "road map" for the development of competition in the region. To approve the action plan in September 2019, the Head of Dagestan Vladimir Vasiliev issued a special order.

“It is expected that the share of private organizations in the housing and communal services market will increase up to 96% by 2022, which is 20% higher compared to 2018. The development of competition, including due to the emergence of private companies in various markets, will contribute to lower prices and improve the quality and availability of goods and services” – Molchanov said.
