Sharip Sharipov meets with leadership of Swedish "DeLaval"

Makhachkala, April 24, 2015. On Thursday, April 23, Daghestan вeputy Prime Minister Sharip Sharipov met with Nikolai Timoshenko, the President of "DeLaval" JSC and George Ilichev, the Director General of "Agroecology" LLC.

It should be noted that the Swedish company DeLaval, founded in 1883 by Gustaf de Laval and Oscar Lamm, is a leading equipment manufacturer for the automation of milking process, feed distribution and other processes of dairy farms, as well as an integral part of the group Tetra Laval Group, which also includes Cancer Tetra and Sidel.

Having welcome the guests, Sharip Sharipov, in particular, noted:  "The company" DeLaval "is widely known in Dagestan and abroad. It is the world's leading equipment manufacturer for dairy farms. Today, no modern livestock farm functions without the use of new technologies. "
Dagestan deputy Prime Minister stressed that Dagestan is one of the regional leaders in milk production and takes the second position in the cattle breeding volumes.

Noting the importance of the priority development project “Effective agro-industrial complex" implemented in Dagestan",  Sharipov Sharipov said that the modernization of agricultural sectors were carried out seriously in Dagestan.

Nikolai Timoshenko, in his turn, informed that the company has 135 years of experience in producing farming goods. Besides, Timoshenko expressed satisfaction with the stay in Dagestan: "I am very pleased to arrive in Dagestan, because our extensive experience and existing potential allows introducing the latest technologies of milk production."

Resuming the sitting, Sharipov Sharipov suggested the republican farmers having significant resources to develop dairy cattle breeding in Dagestan. "We intend to cooperate with you and are ready to work together, "- the deputy Prime Minister expressed confidence.
