Three enterprises will be engaged in trout farming in the republic. The investment fund of three LLCs, Trout Dagestan, Glavryba and Goldfish, amounts to 1.2 billion rubles. The investments are planned to be spent on the construction of a water intake, water treatment facilities, the first pool line, a fish processing shop, the administrative and business premises. The expected annual volume of trout production using channel-basin technology is 3,000 tons, Dagestan Fisheries Committee reports.
