Farmers in the Republic of Dagestan get prepared for the upcoming rice growing season. This year, they plan to plant over 32,000 hectares of rice. Currently, they are focusing on cleaning the irrigation channels using reclamation equipment. It is worth noting that the region's farmers achieved a record rice harvest of over 155,000 tons last year. It is anticipated that favorable conditions and the experience of farmers will enable the achievement of a new production record and an increase in crop volume.
