Dagestan to present three projects at Sochi Investment Firm

Sochi, February 9, 2018. On February 15-16, Dagestan is preparing to present three major projects - Kaspiysk Advanced Development Territory, Matlas Resort and the five-star hotel complex Caspian Plaza at the investment Forum in Sochi. The Republican Agency for Entrepreneurship and Investments reported that the projects would be presented at the general stand of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Resorts of the North Caucasus and the Northern Caucasus Development Corporation.

Dagestan expects that the "Kaspiysk" ADT will allow to diversify the monocity infrastructure, to create additional jobs and to increase the city's investment attractiveness. The residents’ investments the level of 17 billion rubles are expected. The 16 storied hotel complex "Caspian Plaza" will be located on the beach. The resort "Matlas" will be located on a high plateau and envisages the construction of modern facilities for the recreation of 30 thousand tourists per year.
