The federal budget has allocated Dagestan subsidies in the amount of 25 million rubles to expand the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in the republic, namely for the purchase of equipment and for technological connection. The construction of 34 stations is planned. Potential locations for charging stations are primarily selected in the major cities of the region: Makhachkala, Kaspiysk, and Derbent. Anod's Perm Oil and Gas Equipment Plant shipped the first batch of charging stations to Dagestan (pictured).
