The mechanism is designed to quickly resolve issues related to investment, incentives and financial support. Starting in the second half of 2024, the system will be implemented in all regions of the country.

The SME.RF Portal (Small and medium-sized enterprises) is a government digital platform designed to support entrepreneurs, the self-employed and those planning to start their own business. The platform was developed by SME Corporation together with the Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development as part of the National Target Program "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship".

Its goal is to provide access to all services and support measures necessary for business on one platform. At present, SME.RF has more than 450,000 registered users. More than 20 services are available nowadays.
