According to the Unified State Register of Reports, the developer is a private individual and the facility will be built in the Aviaagregat microdistrict. The project of the hotel has received a positive experts’ report.

The preliminary cost of construction is estimated at 250 million RUB. The land plot 05:40:000074:1878 near the large mosque under construction near the Makhachkala-Airport motorway with an area of 0.4 hectares has been identified for construction.
