Dagestan footballer Alim Alimov has been invited to the Russian national under-16 team to participate in the international tournament "Development Cup" in Minsk on February 18 – 24, the regional Ministry of Sport reports. Alimov is a trainee of Dagestan branch of the Dinamo Academy named after Lev Yashin. At the tournament, the Russian national team will play in the group stage against teams from Belarus, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
