Khadijat Magomedzapirova, a pupil of the 5th school of Buynaksk, won the All-Russia contest "History of local self-government of my region" in the nomination "History of local self-government of my region from the middle of the XVIII century to the present".

In her age group (10-13 years), 863 participants from 78 different regions competed for this prestigious prize. The final round of the contest took place April 17-19 at State University of Management in Moscow. The contest aims to support talented young people who are passionate about studying and preserving history, as well as promoting and implementing local government in their hometown.
