Today, April 18, Dagestan State Technical University hosted a general meeting of members of the Self-regulatory organization Association «Guild of builders of the North-Caucasian Federal district». The representatives of the regional construction complex, Committee for State Construction Supervision of the regional Ministry of Construction, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Procurement Committee, the scientific community and various organizations directly involved in the development of the construction sector in Dagestan attended the event.

Ali Shahbanov, the Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Dagestan, President of the Construction Union of the North Caucasian Federal District, delivered a keynote speech "On the state and prospects of development of the construction complex of the Republic of Dagestan".

The participants of the event discussed the challenges facing the construction industry, including the introduction of new technologies and digitalization. They emphasized the importance of retraining specialists in light of the ongoing digital transformation in the industry. In particular, they discussed training programs for current professionals and the creation of a personnel reserve.
