This has been announced at the regular sitting of  implementation  committee of the target project "Ecology" headed by the vice-premier of Dagestan Nariman Abdulmutalibov.

It was noted that 4 sites of unauthorized dumpsites in Buinaksk, Kaspiysk, Khasavyurt and Yuzhno-Sukhokumsk are to be rehabilitated within the framework of the federal project "Clean Country" by the end of 2023.

According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Dagestan, due to the need to start construction as soon as possible and given the large volume of work, it was decided to appoint Russtroi as the sole contractor. At present, the company is already carrying out preparatory work at the sites.

Besides, the construction of 1 waste sorting complex and 1 waste disposal facility, as well as 36 reloading stations will start in Makhachkala, Derbent and Khasavyurt zones in the near future.
