In 2024 Dagestan authorities plan to connect 31 settlements located in high-mountainous areas to the LTE cellular network. These ambitious tasks have been announced at the board meeting of the regional Ministry of Digital Development. The Ministry officials also summarized results of 2023. Over 613 thousand households got access to the Internet. In rural areas, more than 30 post offices were reconstructed. Besides, the number of residents actively using the Gosuslugi portal services increased by 43 per cent.
