The construction of the "Inche Marina Caspian" hotel complex is about to start in Kayakentski municipal district of Dagestan. The cost of the investment project will amount to approx. 570 million RUB.

According to the regional Ministry of Tourism, the investor has already carried out work on dredging and embankment reinforcement works for 110 million RUB.

"The design and estimate documentation for the construction of the hotel is 100% ready. The territory for the construction of the 7-storey hotel complex and related infrastructure has recently been selected. The total area of the facility is 4 hectares. It is planned to create 85 jobs in Inchkhe village " - the Ministry official says, specifying that the project will be implemented by Itera LLC.
