The first quarter of 2024 saw a remarkable 19% increase in commercial property sales and a 20% increase in rent across all regions of Russia compared to the same period in 2023. These impressive results were analyzed by real estate experts who compared them to the previous year's market indicators.

Furthermore, the supply of nonresidential premises for free purpose in Russia increased by an average of 5% in 2023. Moscow, Kursk region, and Dagestan confidently led the way with the largest growth at 27%, 24%, and 19%, respectively. Over the year, the average price of non-residential premises in Russia impressively increased by 22%. Meanwhile, Perm Krai saw a modest increase of 2%, while Dagestan and Moscow both experienced a solid 6% increase.
