Rostelecom, together with the republican Digital Development Ministry and the Information Technology Center of Dagestan, developed and launched a regional information platform for the interaction of citizens and businesses with the regional Information System on State and Municipal Payments. The Systam ensures the reception, accounting and transmission of information among its users, which are administrators of budget revenues, payment acceptance organizations, portals and the multifunctional centers.

The System allows individuals and legal entities to obtain information about their obligations to the budgets of state system of the Russian Federation on the principle of a “single window”.

Thanks to the project implemented by Rostelecom, the regional executive authorities, the local self-government bodies and the subordinate institutions are able to charge citizens for services that provide for a state fee in electronic form. The information enters the personal account on the portal "State Services". The user sees the debt and pays using a computer or mobile device not visiting banks. Before the launch of the system, the Information Technology Center of Dagestan, together with Rostelecom, held training seminars for the municipal administration officers.
