The North Caucasian Federal District has emerged as a leader in terms of housing commissioning growth in the first quarter of 2024. The indicator's growth rate reached 91.5% during the period from January to March last year. Dagestan, Chechnya, and Ingushetia exhibited the highest growth in the district. In total, 29.4 million square meters of housing were commissioned in the first three months of 2024, representing a 1.5% increase compared to the same period in 2023.
