A local company Keramin LLC intends to complete construction of a brick manufacturing plant in Dagestan in 2026. According to the Agency for Entrepreneurship and Investments, the project costs will amount to approx. 810 million rubles. At the end of the project the enterprise will produce 48 million pcs of bricks annually.

"The enterprise is planned to be located on the territory of advanced special economic zone "Kaspiysk". Besides, by decision of the republican government the investor had already been granted the land plot without bidding procedure.

In total, 8.3 hectares of territory provided with all necessary infrastructure has been allocated for the project. Due to the project implemetation it is planned to create 110 workplaces, and provide 143 million rubles of taxes to the budgets of all levels.
