MAKHACHKALA, May 26 – RIA Dagestan. Makhachkala Dynamo football club considers signing a contract with forward Alexander Kokorin. The 35-year-old striker will leave Cypriot club Aris at the end of the current season. Interest in the experienced Russian footballer was confirmed by Shamil Gazizov, Director General of the club.
"He is a high-level player. A Russian player undoubtedly generates interest. We will speak to him" Gazizov told RIA Novosti.
Notably, Kokorin had previously been close to a move to Dagestan: in 2013, Makhachkala's Anzhi signed a contract with him, but the footballer never made his debut for the club.
