HO CHI MINH CITY, July 29 – RIA "Dagestan". Magomed Abdusalamov claimed gold in the up to 68 kg category at the international ranking taekwondo tournament in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, while representing the Russian national team.
This victory not only crowned him champion but also secured crucial ranking points toward qualification for the 2028 Olympic Games. Dagestani athlete’s triumph adds to his growing list of accomplishments, which already includes a bronze medal at last year’s World Championship—his highest achievement to date.
