MAKHACHKALA, March 23 – RIA Dagestan. Dagestani boxers won three gold medals at the Russian Cup held in Samara. The tournament brought together more than 100 participants competing for awards across 13 weight categories.
Dagestani athletes emerged victorious in three of these categories: Rasul Saliev (51 kg), Rasul Magomedov (67 kg) and Ilyas Magomedov. Additionally, two more boxers from Dagestan—Alikhan Yangizbaev (71 kg) and Rabazan Nutsalkhanov (+92 kg)—won bronze medals.
