SAINT PETERSBURG, March 24 – RIA Dagestan. Dagestani savate fighters delivered a commanding performance at the Russian Youth Championship in Saint Petersburg, bringing home eight medals. Competing in the "comba" discipline, the athletes from the republic claimed two gold medals, with Rapi Murtazaliev and Amirkhan Abdullaev reaching the top step of the podium.
Silver medals were awarded to Ruslan Ibragimov, Mukhamed Magomedov and Gadzhimurad Magomedov, while Shamil Ibragimov, Magomed Alburiyev and Rajabgadzhi Kamilov rounded out the tally with bronze.
