Another Dagestani Wins Medal at Russian Combat Sambo Championship

ST. PETERSBURG, March 4 – RIA "Dagestan". Said Saidov won a bronze medal on the final day of the Russian Combat Sambo Championship in St. Petersburg. The athlete from Dagestan competed in the up to 88 kg weight category, in which he had previously achieved major competitive results. Saidov is a two-time world champion and has also won a title at the European Championship. Earlier in the tournament, sambo athletes from Dagestan had earned one silver and two bronze medals.
