At a working meeting with Lev Kuznetsov, Director General of "Unified Guaranteeing Supplier" PJSC, Dagestan Prime Minister Magomed Ramazanov examined key dimensions of regional energy partnership in light of the organization's July 2026 rebranding from "Stavropolenergosbyt" PJSC originally established by federal decree to strengthen grid resilience across the North Caucasian Federal District.
The conversation prioritized reliable grid operations, improved payment adherence, modernized billing systems for energy consumption and wider adoption of cashless payment technologies. The parties underscored that integrating digital payment services would not only simplify transactions but also significantly enhance service accessibility and convenience for consumers throughout the republic.
The meeting participants focused on residential electricity tariffs, underlining that the change in guaranteeing supplier did not alter consumer prices, which remain state-regulated and independent of the supply organization. Magomed Ramazanov stressed the importance of transparent and fair billing and highlighting the government's commitment to further collaboration with "Unified Guaranteeing Supplier" PJSC to enhance payment discipline.
Lev Kuznetsov added that the company would develop contemporary customer service platforms and widen the range of cashless payment options. Besides, the top manager reaffirmed willingness to engage constructively with Dagestani government to improve service quality and the reliability of electricity supply in the region.
